Guest Post Thursday: Mani's by Moore

Hi,
It's Thursday again so we'll have another lovely guest post from Jajuana. Let's see her mani!

Hello everyone!  My name is Jajuana and I am the person behind the blog ManisbyMoore. I am so excited and nervous to be doing a guest post for the lovely Maryya. Her mani's are so flawless and beautiful! So let's get on to the mani...
If any of you follow my blog you know I LOVE stamping! I am not at all talented in any type of drawing so when I discovered stamping it just made my day.  Now I am so addicted and our bank account suffers from it. I also have a love for these new textured polishes. So I decided to give you a mix of the two today.

Mani Ingredients
China glaze Flip flop fantasy
Nails Inc. leather effect-Noho
Image plate-Konad m57
Stamping polish-Kleancolor black
Top coat-Seche vite
Studs-bornprettystore.com
I am so obsessed with this leather polish! I was so upset when I first saw it was $25 for the blingy set only. I am so cheap and refuse to pay that much for one polish. Absolutely not! So when I was in Sephora shopping the clearance shelf of polish I was blown away when I saw the leather polish was available without the blingy additives.  It was still a bit expensive for me at $12, however I had to have it!
So what do you think of this mani?  Have you tried any of the textured polishes?

Guest Post Thursday: O fată simplă

Hi,
Today's guest blogger is Anca and she has prepared both a lively and a lovely manicure for us. Let's see!

Hi,
My name is Anca and I have a small blog with manicures, O fata simpla. I want to thank our host for making it possible for me to post on her blog and I hope that my manicure is good enough to be among hers.
I wanted a coloured manicure, so I picked the nail polishes that I like - I am really into pastels - and mixed in what I hope is a manicure you will like.
I hope you like it and that you will try them yourself!

Guest Post Thursday: Panna Marchewka

Hi,
This Thursday's guest blogger is Dominika from Panna Marchewka and she has prepared an amazing manicure for my blog. She always posts cute manicures, as well as great pictures and she did the same blow. Please comment if you like her nail art and also visit her blog. Let's she what she has to say!

There’s  something I just can’t obey this season- geometric patterns. All these triangles, circles, squares are so HOT for me. When I saw this photo, I just knew I must have something like that - not necessarily as a casing. I grabbed my polishes instantly, took a piece of the foil and a nail art brush - that’s how this design appeared. It was so simple to do. Barry M is a base polish here, you can see a darker turquoise shade added with the saran wrap technique. Then I hand-painted the white triangles with the tape method and the brush. And it’s…done!

Guest Post Thursday: Cubbiful

Hi,
It's Thursday again and we have another great guest post. Let's see what I'm talking about!

Hellooooooo! I'm Mina from cubbiful and let me start by thanking our awesome host, maRyya, whose blog you just gotta love. She accepted me as a guest and I thought I'd celebrate that with... a bright colourful mani, which is kind of my signature. Hope you all like it and I hope it makes your lovely blog some justice, maRyya.

I started with Coral Matte 401 for the perfect yellow base :)

After, it dried a good 20min, then I  went and placed striping tape (six bits of it for each nail) to make the design.

I used Kiko Sugar Mat Strawberry Pink 641 for the tape mani.

And, last but not least, I spruce up the mani a bit by placing a red square rhinestone below the tape design :)
And that's it! Hope this makes you have an awesome day!
Hugs & Kissies,
Mina *

Guest Post Thursday: Homemade Mani's

Hi,
Believe it or not, we already have the fourth guest post! It's really exciting for me to see that there are so many of you eager to write for me. Today we have Annie, who perfectly described her work below. Let's scroll to her beautiful mani.

Annie Suzie - The No Blogger Blog!

Thank you very much Maria, for allowing me to guest post on your brilliant blog. I feel honoured as I haven’t got my own blog and I wouldn’t want to ruin your reputation. That doesn’t mean I’m not an addict. I’ve got The Helmers, The Hauls, The Holo’s and The Hand cream, Ha Ha!
I’m currently following over 150 blogs. Many UK bloggers so I can keep up with new local products on the market and loads of international ones too.  My main concern is nail care, my nails are very thin and both my thumbs nails break at the sides before the nail has grown beyond the end of the digit and the rest are a real struggle too.  I think my nails suffer from SAD!  Not a nail thing, but they do seem to recover during the summer.
I entered The Crumpets 31 Day Challenge in January 2013, had such fun, 'met' lots of lovely girls and learnt a lot here:  http://www.the-crumpet.com/2013/01/new31dc-day-1-black-and-white.html

One of my things is finding non-Konad Special Polishes that stamp well.  Anyway here is my effort:
Base: OPI Nail Envy
NT: Nail Tek Foundation ll
OPI: Lincoln Park After Dark x 3
Color Club: Wild At Heart - M60
TC: SV

Oh ye I know I’ve got a lot to learn, but any comment would be mind blowing! If I liked any of your mani’s you will be pinned to one of my many Pinterest Boards at: http://pinterest.com/anniesuzie/

Guest Post Thursday: Fall in ..naiLove!

Hi,
The guest blogger today is Paulina from fall in ...naiLove. If you haven't seen her blog until now it's a pity! This is one of the blogs I really enjoy reading and I comment each new post. She does great manicures and takes so great pictures of them, that it was extremely difficult for me to chose the four pictures below. Let's see what she has prepared:

Honestly, I'm so stressed... hopefully, you'll like it. I really wanted to make something extraordinary and differnet.
This design was inspired with a book called "A Mexican Affair". You know... the sunset, beach  and...love- what a hot, explosive combination it is! I wanted to display this summer atmosphere of the Mexican beach.
I started with a base, then put a coat of deep pink/fuchsia and let it dry. Then, I added a purple-navy blue gradient with the sponge to have a sunset effect. For the sun falling down the horizon I made yellow halfmoons using the tape method and once again painted a light orange shading with a piece of the sponge. In the end, I put some action on my nails - the birds and the palm trees are hand-painted with acrylic paint and a tiny nail brush. The glossy effect was achieved with a sealing top coat.
I wanted to show all I love in this design- I'm a fan of gradients, I love halfmoons and often use the tape technique and acrylic paints.

Guest post at Josephine's World

Hi,
Today I'll show you a guest post I wrote for one of my favourite blogs, Josephine's World. If you haven't seen it yet, it's worth visiting - her manicures are really pretty.

I've been thinking of what manicure I should prepare, and I've decided to do something that any of you can do with things you have at home: a dish-washing sponge or a make-up sponge, striping tape and three close nuances of nail polish.

On my ring finger, I started with a no-name light pink base colour. I cut several pieces of striping tape and put them randomly on the nails. After that, I applied a coat of red polish (I used Illamasqua -Allara) and I waited for a few minutes so as to dry. I finished with a clear top coat.
If you don't know where to buy the striping tape, I got mine from Born Pretty store.

On the rest of the nails, I started with a white base colour (I used Illamasqua -Scorch). On a sponge, I created a gradient of red, dark pink and light pink polish and I applied it on the nail as you can see in the picture below. I finished with a clear top coat.

If you don't like the red-pink combo you may use any colours you like. What do you think?

This was my first guest post on another blog and I really enjoyed it. I even thought of creating
a series of guest posts on my blog. Would anyone be interested in writing a guest post for
Konad Addict?
