Paris manicure

Hi,
I've recently returned from my trip to Paris that you can read more about here on my travel blog and wanted to share with you this Paris inspired manicure. I started with two coats of white nail polish and then applied some nail strips and painted Rimmel - Peachella over them. Using a sponge, I applied some glittery particles on the base of my nails. I stamped the Eiffel tower from Bundle Monster's BM-418 image plate and the heart and butterflies from Konad's m78 image plate. The perfume bottle on my pinkie is a water decal from Born Pretty store. I finished with clear top coat on all nails. What do you think?

Flakies nail art

Hi,
Today I'll show you a simple and really fast to do flakies manicure. I started with two coats of Sephora - Black lace on all nails and then applied some latex peel off tape around my nails to prevent the mess from the next step. This is a great product and really helps a lot with the clean up proccess. Then, using a sponge, I applied the flakies nail polish I have from Sweet Color which I can no longer link you to, but I found some similar polishes here. I finished with Seche Vite top coat on all nails. What do you think? This manicure is perfect for the times when you're in a hurry but still want your nails to look pretty!

Don't forget to also check my post on my other blog about my recent trip to Lyon.

Festival nails

Hi,
As today is the first day of UNTOLD festival from Cluj-Napoca, I decided to create a festival themed manicure. I started with a coat of Madam Glam - Snow white on all nails and then I created the gradient using Rimmel - Too cool to tango and Rimmel -312 Ultra Violet. Then I stamped the designs from Born Pretty's BP-77 image plate using black stamping polish. I finished with clear top coat on all nails. What do you think?

If you'd like to see more pictures from Untold festival, I posted an article about it on my other blog: Untold 2017 in 10 pictures.

Ice cream nails

Hi,
Today I'm participating in a nail art challenge with some other amazing girls and the theme is ice cream. For this manicure, I started with two coats of nude nail polish and then I stamped the design from Konad's m57 image plate with a darker brown so as to create the ice cream cone effect. Then I painted the ice cream globes using a thin brush. For my thumb, index finger and pinkie, I used Rimmel - Sweet retreat and for the rest of the nails I combined China Glaze - Too Yacht to Handle and some Love Charlotte nail polish. Finally, I added some sprinkles and them clear top coat. What do you think?

Don't forget to check out the other girls' manicures, they're all pretty!

Born Pretty Holographic Powder

Hi,
Today I'll show you my new sparkly manicure I created with Born Pretty's holographic powder. I started with one coat of Sephora - Black lace on all nails and then I applied the powder.

You can see that there's a little brush - exactly like an eye make up brush - to use for applying the powder on the nails. It's easy to apply, but the effect is not so breathtaking like the chrome powder I told you about here. The final look is ok in both cases, but I needed more product to achieve this look, compared to the chrome powder which was perfectly opaque after applying just a small quantity of product.

I created the unicorn using this sheet of nail vinyls. After applying the vinyl, I applied the powder and then removed it and got the little unicorn. Finally, I applied clear top coat on all nails. What do you think of the final look? Have you tried the nail powder yet?

Yellow roses

Hi,
Today I'll show you my new vibrant manicure that matches the hot season we're in. I wanted something colourful and I went for a combination of orange, green and yellow. I started with two coats of Rimmel - Tangerine Tent and then I created my own decals using Born Pretty's BP-73 stamping plate.

I started by stamping the design with Born Pretty's Black stamping nail polish and then let the image dry on the stamper. I used El Corazon - Matte Effect #145 Neon and Rimmel - Daisy days to fill in the flowers and leaves. After it dried, I applied some clear top coat and then unstuck the decal from the stamper and stuck it on my nail. I finished by applyimg clear top coat on all nails to seal everything in. What do you think?
