How to pigment fade Konad polishes

Hi everyone!
Have you ever been disappointed in Konad polishes? I've been.
I bought Konad Pastel Green and Psyche Pink special polishes, but surprise!
They were almost invisible on nails. Beautiful colors in the bottle, but faded on nails.
I read somewhere that adding eyeshadow in the fade Konad special polish will help.
So I said, why not to try? I have nothing to loose, anyway.

What I did:

1. I scratched a green eyeshadow using a pencil.

2. After I put the eyeshadow dust on a piece of paper.

3. Put the dust in the bottle.

4. Close the bottle and mix it.

Repeat this steps until you get the color that you want.

What I got:

The same thing I did with the Psyche Pink:
Very little difference with the pink :(

What do you think about this?
Did you try this technique?
I'm curious what will this look like on nails.

Thanks for reading!
Have a nice day!

Looks like it worked well for green, I can't see a difference with the pink (although that may be due to image quality). Great idea though

Great idea! It really looks like it worked with the green. Maybe pink is just one of those "gonna be light" colors? Next time I have lack of pigment problems, I'm going to try this.

I'm so glad you found this helpfull

COOL.
I did this with my silver konad polish. It's the only one so far that I have found too light. I haven't tried it though since I did it. LOL.

Nice test :) I usally when I found a pastel to light mixed it with a darker Konad polish on the imageplate. And with psyche pink I wait longer because somehow part/(a layer) of the polish stays behind on the stamp if you stamp to quickly and makes it lighter then it is.

Wow, I never heard of that! Seems to be an effective technique! Gonna try it if need to ;) thanks for sharing it!
