Mauve flowery manicure

Hi,
Today I'll show you a pretty mauve manicure.
I started with two coats of S-he #375. I like this one a lot.
It has some very pretty reflections and it dries really fast.

Then I stamped the design from A31 image plate from Chez Delaney with special white.
I cut and applied some flowery nail fimos. You can get them from the Born Pretty store.

Here's what I finally got. What do you think?

This polish would be amazing if it were more opaque.

I don't like my manicure to be 'too much', that's why I prefer it without the flowers and white design, but the purple, lavender colour is so amazing! I love it! Very summery :)

love it. But I have to agree with thenailaholic: it's a pity the polish is not quite opaque. How exactly do you apply these flowers?

@lubster-lobster: It's very easy to apply them. You cut them and then you apply a little clear top coat and stick the cut piece on it. Finally, you apply a clear top coat on it to fix the manicure.

I love the purple! The flowers are really cute but do they come off pretty easily? I run a daycare and I wouldn't want the flowers to fall off and have a kid try to munch on them! It is really cute though and I want to try it!

maRyya said...

@pixsydust: They won't fall if you stick them carefully

I like this colour very much and I think the little fimo flower looks amazing with the stamping. I also love nail polishes that dry quickly 'cause I don't like waiting too long :P
I love your blog!

Very pretty!! Do the nail appliques bug you? I bought the same kind and am worried about that. Love the purple though! Very feminine.

I am liking this color. Sort of milky, but I think its translucent formula actually makes it appear more delicate somehow. Cute mani:)

Cheers
